Annual Colour Print Competition

.On Wednesday, 27th May 2009 the Annual Colour Print Competition was held.  The judge for the evening was Glyn Bareham and the results were as follows:-

Intermediate Photographers

1st: Denise Coyle
2nd: Ian Howard
3rd: Paul Spree
Highly Commended : Marion Holness

Advanced Photographers

1st: John Maclellan
2nd: June Hill
3rd: Vivienne Lavender
Highly Commended: Vivienne Lavender, John Maclellan, Kay Monk and Sarah Smith.

Annual Monochrome Print Competition

On Wednesday, 13th May 2009 the Club held the Annual Monochrome Print Competition.  The judge for the evening was Richard Walton and the results were as follows:-

Intermediate Photographers

1st:  Denise Coyle
2nd:  Ian Howard
3rd:  Kay Monk

As winner of the Intermediate section Denise Coyles prints was entered into the Advanced Section.

Advanced Photographers

1st:  David Brown
2nd: Denise Coyle
3rd: Ian Farrant

The Tony Gardner Trophy for “The most creative print” was awarded to
Ian Howard.

Sarah Smith won the trophy for “The best print”  in the recent exhibition held by the club in the Library judged by Paul Andrew.
